How fun are these bite-sized ‘corn’ appetizers made with mango and feta? Once you try mango and feta together, you’ll wonder why you didn’t eat them together sooner, especially when they are this cute.

Ingredients 

  • 1 mango
  • 150 grams feta
  • 18 fresh basil leaves
  • oval-shaped cookie cutter

Instructions 

  • Slice the mango and use the oval-shaped cutter to make the oblong mango pieces.
  • Cut two small indents along the front of the mango and four across.
  • Trim the feta using the oval cutter.
  • Top the feta with the mango.
  • Add two small basil leaves at the bottom of the corn to resemble the husk.
  • You can serve as is or add some olive oil, balsamic glaze and sea salt.
