Cutest Chocolate Easter Lamb

Ingredients 

  • 200 grams white chocolate
  • 50 grams dark chocolate
  • 7 round chocolate buttons or discs
  • 14 mini round sprinkles, for the nostrils
  • 14 candy eyes, mini
  • 7 lollipop sticks
  • piping utensil / bag
  • parchment paper

Instructions 

  • Melt the white chocolate.
  • Pour the chocolate into a piping utensil or piping bag.
  • Place a piece of parchment paper on a hard surface.
  • Top with a lolly stick.
  • Draw white chocolate circles on top of half of the lolly stick to make the lamb’s body.
  • Top with a round chocolate button or disc for the face (or use dark chocolate).
  • Melt the dark chocolate.
  • Pipe four dark chocolate legs and two ears.
  • Stick two candy eyes onto the face using a small amount of chocolate as glue.
  • Add two mini round sprinkles for the nostrils.
  • Allow to set.
