Everyone will love these Baked Tortilla Appetizers, which feature crispy tortillas, creamy avocado, salty feta, and a hint of lemony za’atar. They make the perfect go-to game day or party appetizer, and even the kids will be thrilled if you serve them as an after-school snack!

This baked tortilla recipe is a fun and easy alternative to pinwheels or tortilla roll-ups. You can customize it however you like, so feel free to use guacamole, salsa, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pesto, ham, crunchy bacon, or green onion – the possibilities are endless.

Serve the tortilla flowers as fancy chips with salsa. Before you bake them, sprinkle them with sea salt (maybe even a bit of chili flakes or paprika), and that’s a wrap!
