Watermelon Mini Wedges

Ingredients 

  • 2 slices of watermelon
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • round cookie cutter
  • 12 toothpicks

Instructions 

  • Slice the watermelon.
  • Cut cucumber pieces in the same width as the watermelon.
  • Use the round cookie cutter to cut out discs of the watermelon.
  • Use the same cutter to cut out the cucumber.
  • Fill the round cucumber pieces with the watermelon discs.
  • Halve these and stick a toothpick into each half.
  • Top with sesame seeds to resemble watermelon seeds.
  • Serve.
