This Swirled Pumpkin, made with carrots and cucumbers, will make a beautiful centerpiece for your festive table.

Serve it for Halloween or Thanksgiving as part of a veggie tray. You can even top it with large candy eyes to impress the kids!

Swirled Pumpkin
Beautiful pumpkin centrepiece made with thin slices of carrot and cucumber.
Equipment
- vegetable peeler
Ingredients
- 5 carrots
- 1 large cucumber
Instructions
- Start by peeling the carrots.
- Keep creating peels and trim them so they are approximately the same width.
- Shape the peels into the form of a pumpkin.
- Peel the cucumber.
- Swirl the cucumber into curls to make the top of the pumpkin.
- Serve.
