Servings: 8 people
- 2 mandarins
- 3 pears
- 2 apples
- 3 oranges
- 1 pomegranate
- 3 kiwis
- 200 grams blueberries
- 1 lime
Vanilla cream
- 300 grams sour cream or 18% creme fraiche
- 3 tablespoons lime juice fresh
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla paste
Chop the apples and pears.
Slice a third of the lime and set it aside for later. Squeeze the remaining lime juice over the chopped apples and pears.
Deseed the pomegranate (I like to do this in a big bowl filled with cold water).
Peel the mandarins and 2 oranges and cut each section into 4-5 pieces.
Now, peel the kiwis, slice, and chop into smaller chunks.
Mix the sour cream, vanilla paste, juice from the reserved 1/3 of a lime, and maple syrup. Set aside.
Grab a large platter or bowl, add the apples, pears, pomegranate arils, blueberries, kiwi, oranges, and mandarins. Mix well.
Transfer to a serving dish.
Optional: Slice an orange thinly and halve each slice. Arrange the pieces around the perimeter of your serving dish. Enjoy!
