- 3 slices watermelon
- 1 lime
Slice the top part of the watermelon on a large cutting board.
Make a radius cut at a 45º angle (from the center to the outer peel) and then continue cutting at that angle all the way around. First, to the left, then the right.
Slice off the piece you just cut.
You can make them into quarters and place them on a platter.
Drizzle with lime or lemon. Yum.
