Use a wide vegetable peeler or mandolin to cut long strips of cucumber.
Dry them off with a kitchen towel.
Top with cream cheese, feta crumbles and a sprinkle of za'atar.
Add four or five leaves of basil next to each other along the top edge of the cucumber.
Roll up the strips and secure them with a stick.
Fold over the basil leaves so the roll-ups resemble a flower.
