- 250 grams grapes
- 5 kiwis
- 1 dragonfruit
- 1 mango
- 1 cantaloupe
- 1/2 watermelon
Dressing
- 1 lime juiced
- 3 tablespoons honey
Use the melon baller to hull the fruit. For the most part, the melon balls won’t actually be balls, but more flat on one side. Just place this side down.
Arrange the fruit randomly or in a gradient. Both examples are shown here.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing and pour on top of the salad.
