Tortilla Pockets with Feta
Crispy tortilla triangles filled with feta, mozzarella, za'atar and parsley.

- 6 tortilla plain
- 150 grams feta
- 50 grams mozzarella grated
- 1/2 teaspoon za'atar
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley fresh
Mix the feta cheese, the grated mozzarella, and the za’atar in a bowl.
Slice the tortilla in half.
Fill the cheese mixture onto the base of the halved tortilla.
Fold into triangles.
Tuck in the sides to seal shut.
Fry on a grill pan on medium heat (I used a bit of butter in the pan) until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
Top with chopped parsley.
Serve.
