Beautiful fruit salad made with a mini melon baller and topped with a zesty lime-and-honey dressing.

Ingredients

  • ½ watermelon small
  • ½ Galia melon
  • 4 apricots
  • 1 mango
  • 4 kiwi

Dressing

  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • Peel the mango and cut along the sides of the pit.
  • Cut out the balls with the mini melon baller.
  • Repeat with the watermelon, Galia melon, apricots, and kiwi.
  • Add the various fruit balls to a medium-sized bowl.
  • Mix the lime juice, honey, and maple syrup.
  • Pour the fruit salad dressing over the salad.
  • Serve.
