Summer Fruit Salad
Beautiful fruit salad made with a mini melon baller and topped with a zesty lime-and-honey dressing.

- ½ watermelon small
- ½ Galia melon
- 4 apricots
- 1 mango
- 4 kiwi
Dressing
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Peel the mango and cut along the sides of the pit.
Cut out the balls with the mini melon baller.
Repeat with the watermelon, Galia melon, apricots, and kiwi.
Add the various fruit balls to a medium-sized bowl.
Mix the lime juice, honey, and maple syrup.
Pour the fruit salad dressing over the salad.
Serve.
