- 1 banana frozen (100 grams)
- 2 Medjool dates
- 320 grams milk whole
- 100 grams Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
Add the milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla paste, and maple syrup to a high powered blender.
Top with the frozen fruit and dates.
Blend until smooth.
