  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 320 grams milk whole
  • 100 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste

Instructions

  • Add the milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla paste, and maple syrup to a high powered blender.
  • Top with the frozen fruit and dates.
  • Blend until smooth.
