Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 100 grams smoked salmon
  • sea salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 7 sprigs fresh dill to garnish

Instructions

  • Slice a tortilla into 2.5 cm/ 1-inch thick slices.
  • Remove the side pieces, so you are left with 7 strips.
  • Make a small cut at opposite sides at the strips' top third and bottom third sections.
  • Overlap the two ends, so they interlock and make a ribbon.
  • Spread cream cheese onto the other tortilla.
  • Cut the tortilla into 2.5cm / 1-inch strips.
  • Top with trimmed smoked salmon and cucumber strips.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Roll the pinwheels tightly.
  • Place the pinwheels inside the tortilla strip ribbons.
  • Garnish with a bit of fresh dill.
  • Serve.
