- 300 grams cream cheese I used Boursin
 - 150 grams crackers or pretzels
 - 6 tablespoons balsamic glaze
 
 
Place cling film on top of a serving platter.
Top with the cream cheese.
Shape the skull with slightly wet hands so the cheese won't stick.
Use the round cookie cutter to make the eyes and the petal-shaped cutter to shape the nose.
Draw and indent the teeth with a knife.
Fill the indent for the teeth with balsamic glaze.
Top the void for the nose and eyes with balsamic glaze.
Carefully remove the cling film underneath the skull.
Arrange the crackers or pretzels around the skull.
Serve.
