Equipment

  • medium round cookie cutter
  • small petal-shaped cookie cutter
  • cling film

Ingredients

  • 300 grams cream cheese I used Boursin
  • 150 grams crackers or pretzels
  • 6 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Place cling film on top of a serving platter.
  • Top with the cream cheese.
  • Shape the skull with slightly wet hands so the cheese won't stick.
  • Use the round cookie cutter to make the eyes and the petal-shaped cutter to shape the nose.
  • Draw and indent the teeth with a knife.
  • Fill the indent for the teeth with balsamic glaze.
  • Top the void for the nose and eyes with balsamic glaze.
  • Carefully remove the cling film underneath the skull.
  • Arrange the crackers or pretzels around the skull.
  • Serve.
