Cut thin and long strips of seaweed to trim the sardines with.
Spread cream cheese on top of the toast.
Carefully arrange the avocado sardines on top.
Drizzle with lemon and sprinkle with sea salt.
Top with candy eyes. You can also make the eyes with seaweed or black sesame seeds.
Serve.

You can make a quick guacamole with any leftover bits of avocado. Simply smash the fruit, add a squeeze of lemon, and sprinkle with sea salt, and pepper.
