Equipment

Ingredients

  • 250 grams mango cubed, frozen
  • 1 lemon peel and juice
  • 310 grams milk
  • 100 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or to taste
  • 10 leaves fresh mint plus extra to garnish

Instructions

  • Wash and peel the lemon. Be sure to remove any white pith.
  • Juice the lemon.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a high speed blender.
  • Taste to see if it needs more maple syrup.
  • Pour in tall glasses and serve.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint.
