Homemade Fruit Leather
This delicious fruit leather with fresh strawberries makes the best snack.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 65°C / 149°F fan.
Wash and dry the strawberries, and remove the leaves.
Puree the berries in a small food processor or blender.
Pour the puree onto a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat.
Spread out the puree with a palette knife or similar until it's about 2-3 mm thick (1/8th inch).
Bake the leather for 3 hours and check to see if it's done.
If the center looks dry, it's done. If the center is still wet, give it 30 minutes more at a time until the center has set.
Cut the leather into strips and wrap it in printed or regular baking parchment.
