Guacamole Dip
Crowd-pleasing guacamole with cucumber slices arranged to look like a flower.

- 1 cucumber
- 3 avocados
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1/2 red onion small
- 1 lime juiced
- ¼ lemon juiced
- sea salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds white and black
Cut the cucumber at an angle to make petal-shaped slices.
Halve the avocados and remove the pit.
Scoop out the avocado flesh and mash it with a fork.
Chop the red onion finely.
Add the red onion and Greek yogurt to the smashed avocado. Top with a squeeze of lime and lemon juice.
Season with sea salt and pepper.
Stir to combine.
Spoon the guacamole into a dome shape on a small plate.
Arrange one layer of cucumber petals along the perimeter of the guacamole.
Add the remaining cucumber pieces between the previous ones to make a flower.
Sprinkle sesame seeds along the edge of the dip and serve.
