Guacamole Dip

Crowd-pleasing guacamole with cucumber slices arranged to look like a flower.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 avocados
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 red onion small
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ¼ lemon juiced
  • sea salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds white and black

Instructions

  • Cut the cucumber at an angle to make petal-shaped slices.
  • Halve the avocados and remove the pit.
  • Scoop out the avocado flesh and mash it with a fork.
  • Chop the red onion finely.
  • Add the red onion and Greek yogurt to the smashed avocado. Top with a squeeze of lime and lemon juice.
  • Season with sea salt and pepper.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Spoon the guacamole into a dome shape on a small plate.
  • Arrange one layer of cucumber petals along the perimeter of the guacamole.
  • Add the remaining cucumber pieces between the previous ones to make a flower.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds along the edge of the dip and serve.
