- 1 slice watermelon
- 1 slice Galia melon
- 3 nectarines
- 1 block feta 150 grams
Dressing
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1.5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Cut out four watermelon, Galia, nectarine, and feta squares.
Slice each square along both diagonals to get four equal-sized triangles.
Arrange the pieces on a round platter, alternating them.
Trim the remaining nectarine into slices, and place them around the edge of the salad.
Mix the dressing ingredients (olive oil, honey, and apple cider vinegar) in a small bowl.
Spoon the dressing along the outer rim.
Serve.
