  • 1 slice watermelon
  • 1 slice Galia melon
  • 3 nectarines
  • 1 block feta 150 grams

Dressing

  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1.5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Garnish

  • fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • Cut out four watermelon, Galia, nectarine, and feta squares.
  • Slice each square along both diagonals to get four equal-sized triangles.
  • Arrange the pieces on a round platter, alternating them.
  • Trim the remaining nectarine into slices, and place them around the edge of the salad.
  • Mix the dressing ingredients (olive oil, honey, and apple cider vinegar) in a small bowl.
  • Spoon the dressing along the outer rim.
  • Serve.
