Chocolate Flower Toppers
White and dark chocolate piped into flowers and topped onto fresh strawberries for an impressive dessert.

- 6 strawberries
 - 150 grams white chocolate
 - 100 grams dark chocolate
 
 
Melt the white chocolate.
Add the chocolate to a piping utensil or bag.
Shape a circle onto parchment paper with the white chocolate. Ideally, the circle will be a bit smaller than the width of your strawberries.
Draw a flower around the circle and fill the petals with chocolate.
Allow to set.
Melt dark chocolate in the same way as you did the white chocolate.
Again, add the chocolate to a piping utensil or bag.
Trace the perimeter of the flower with dark chocolate.
Allow to set.
Once set, top the strawberries with the flowers and serve.
