Equipment

Ingredients

  • 200 grams white chocolate
  • 50 grams dark chocolate
  • 7 strawberries
  • 14 candy eyes mini
  • 28 white sprinkles jimmies
  • 7 small round sprinkles black

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the strawberries.
  • Trim the leaves off the strawberries so they have a flat base and can stand.
  • Melt the white chocolate.
  • Add the melted chocolate to a piping utensil. You can also use a zip-lock freezer bag (snip a tiny hole in one corner).
  • Pipe the bunnies and ears onto parchment paper. You want to leave a round space in the middle for the tip of the berries.
  • Use a toothpick to smooth over the chocolate.
  • Allow to set.
  • Use white chocolate to stick the candy eyes onto the tip of the strawberries.
  • Stick on a round sprinkle for the nose, as well as four white jimmies for whiskers.
  • Melt the dark chocolate.
  • Add the dark chocolate in a piping utensil or bag.
  • Trace the outline of the white chocolate bunnies with the dark chocolate.
  • Pipe the inside of the ears.
  • Allow to set.
  • Place a white chocolate bunny over each strawberry once the chocolate has hardened.
  • Serve.
