Chocolate Blueberry Treats

These charming blueberry and dark chocolate flowers make a wonderful sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 125 grams blueberries
  • 100 grams dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Melt the dark chocolate.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into a shallow bowl.
  • Select the biggest berries (these are for the center of the flowers). Arrange them individually on parchment paper with space around them.
  • For the outer part of each flower, choose berries of similar size (I used either 6 or 7).
  • Dip each blueberry into the melted chocolate using a fork.
  • Tap off the excess.
  • Arrange the chocolate-covered berries around the larger middle berry. Ensure the berries are connected so they hold together.
  • Leave to set.
  • Serve.
