Equipment

Ingredients

  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 10 bocconcini mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon fig jam
  • sea salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Halve the tomatoes.
  • Use a small spoon to scoop the inside flesh.
  • Top a small amount of fig jam in each tomato half.
  • Halve the bocconcini and place one in each tomato.
  • Peel a cucumber.
  • Shape the bowtie by hand or use a star-shaped cookie cutter like I did.
  • Cut out cucumber peel buttons with a metal straw.
  • Arrange the cucumber details on top of the mozzarella balls.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Serve.
