- ½ cantaloupe 400 grams
- 1 frozen banana 100 grams
- 230 grams Greek yogurt
- 1 lime juiced
- 12 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Cube the melon.
Add the cantaloupe cubes to a blender first, along with the remaining ingredients.
Cover and blend until creamy.
Pour into two glasses.
