Avocado Cream Cheese Toast

- 1 slice toast
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon
- sea salt to taste
- 1 sheet nori seaweed
- 6 mini candy eyes
Slice the avocado thinly lengthwise (my slices were about 3 mm thick - 0.1 inches), cutting around the pit.
Use the sardine cutter to make the avocado fish (you may trim away any fins).
Cut thin and long strips of seaweed to trim the sardines with.
Spread cream cheese on top of the toast.
Carefully arrange the avocado sardines on top.
Drizzle with lemon and sprinkle with sea salt.
Top with candy eyes. You can also make the eyes with seaweed or black sesame seeds.
Serve.
