Avocado Cream Cheese Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice toast
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1 sheet nori seaweed
  • 6 mini candy eyes

Instructions

  • Slice the avocado thinly lengthwise (my slices were about 3 mm thick - 0.1 inches), cutting around the pit.
  • Use the sardine cutter to make the avocado fish (you may trim away any fins).
  • Cut thin and long strips of seaweed to trim the sardines with.
  • Spread cream cheese on top of the toast.
  • Carefully arrange the avocado sardines on top.
  • Drizzle with lemon and sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Top with candy eyes. You can also make the eyes with seaweed or black sesame seeds.
  • Serve.
