Zaatar Pan Pizza

Ingredients

butter

pre-baked pizza dough

feta

shredded mozzarella

garlic

zaatar
Instructions
Melt a knob of butter in a large pan.
Place the pre-baked pizza dough in the pan on medium-high heat.
Top the dough with garlic, shredded mozzarella and feta.
Once the bottom is browned and the pizza dough is baked through, it’s done. I folded mine in half, but you can serve it open-faced too.
Notes
If you don’t have zaatar to hand, you can use ground dried thyme, oregano or sumac.
