White Chocolate Strawberry Chicken

Ingredients

  • 100 grams white chocolate 3.5 oz
  • 3 fresh strawberries large
  • 16 mini candy eyes
  • 12 yellow chocolate buttons
  • 12 red chocolate buttons
  • piping utensil
  • parchment paper

Instructions

  • Slice the strawberries.
  • Trim the leaves off in a straight cut.
  • Dry the fruit off on a piece of kitchen towel.
  • Melt the white chocolate.
  • Place the chocolate in a piping utensil / bag.
  • Pipe the semicircle shape of the chicken on parchment paper.
  • Top with a strawberry slice for the wings.
  • Add candy eyes and three halved red chocolate buttons for the top of the chicken’s head (the comb).
  • Finally, use halved yellow chocolate buttons for the feet and beak.
  • Allow to set.
  • Serve.
