Watermelon Fruit Cake
Impressive and showstopping, this watermelon cake is made entirely with fruit!

- 2 watermelon (large and medium)
- 250 grams green grapes
- 6 large strawberries pointy
- mint leaves fresh (to garnish)
Top and tail the watermelon.
Lie the melon flat and trim away the rind to shape it into a cylinder.
Repeat with the other watermelon (ensuring one is a smaller cylinder shape than the other).
Insert three wooden skewers into the largest watermelon cylinder (you may need to shorten the skewers with scissors).
Arrange the smaller watermelon on top of the skewers.
Dry off the fruit with a paper towel.
Cut the grapes into clusters.
Attach the clusters with toothpicks starting from the bottom left (or right) to the opposite top corner.
Halve the strawberries, and secure these with toothpicks along the row of grapes.
Use fresh mint sprigs to fill in any gaps.
Serve.
