Watermelon Feta Bites

These adorable bite-sized appetizers are made with sweet watermelon, salty feta, tangy kiwi, and black sesame seeds.

Equipment

  • mini star cookie cutter
  • medium heart cookie cutter

Ingredients

  • 2 slices watermelon
  • 300 grams feta
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Slice the watermelon and feta so they are the same thickness.
  • Use the heart-shaped cutter to shape both ingredients.
  • Top the feta hearts with the watermelon.
  • Shape small stars out of kiwi with the star cutter.
  • Place the kiwi on top of the watermelon, and top with sesame seeds.
  • Serve.
