Watermelon Feta Appetizer

- 2 slices watermelon
- 150 grams feta
- 9 slices cucumber
- 9 fresh basil or mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze or hot honey
- sea salt to serve
Slice the cucumber at an angle to get as wide pieces as possible.
Use the melon baller to scoop out the watermelon.
Cut the feta into pieces similar to the cucumber slices.
Place the feta slices on top of the cucumber.
Top with basil stems (or thin pieces of cucumber skin for the cherry stems).
Add the two watermelon 'cherries' and a fresh basil leaf (or mint leaf).
Drizzle with balsamic glaze or hot honey.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Serve.
