Halve the oblong yellow and orange grape tomatoes at a slant in the center.
Rotate the right half so the two halves resemble a heart.
Assemble the skewers with a yellow grape tomato heart, a folded basil leaf, a bocconcini heart (or a regular bocconcini), another folded basil leaf, and an orange grape tomato heart. You can make different versions, as I have done.
Arrange the skewers on a platter.
Drizzle with your favorite extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and balsamic glaze.
Serve.

Notes
I used an assortment of grape tomatoes and cherry tomatoes to make all the skewers slightly different. Stick to grape tomatoes if you want to make everything heart-shaped, or mix and match like I did.
