Ingredients

  • 30 grams arugula
  • 50 grams feta cheese
  • 3 large strawberries
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 2 slices watermelon
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • pepper freshly ground, to taste
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place the arugula on your platter.
  • Crumble the feta and sprinkle on top.
  • Use the heart cutters to shape the cucumber and watermelon hearts.
  • To make the rippled strawberry hearts, remove the leaves and stand the strawberry upright.
  • Slice the berry finely lengthwise and split it into two halves.
  • Spread out the slices in each half at an equal distance.
  • Press the heart cutter into the rippled pieces.
  • Lift the heart carefully with a knife.
  • Arrange the strawberry, watermelon, and cucumber hearts on the salad.
  • Mix the ingredients together for the dressing: olive oil, lime juice, and honey.
  • Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the dressing over and serve.
