- 30 grams arugula
- 50 grams feta cheese
- 3 large strawberries
- 1/3 cucumber
- 2 slices watermelon
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1.5 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 lime juiced
- pepper freshly ground, to taste
- sea salt to taste
Place the arugula on your platter.
Crumble the feta and sprinkle on top.
Use the heart cutters to shape the cucumber and watermelon hearts.
To make the rippled strawberry hearts, remove the leaves and stand the strawberry upright.
Slice the berry finely lengthwise and split it into two halves.
Spread out the slices in each half at an equal distance.
Press the heart cutter into the rippled pieces.
Lift the heart carefully with a knife.
Arrange the strawberry, watermelon, and cucumber hearts on the salad.
Mix the ingredients together for the dressing: olive oil, lime juice, and honey.
Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing over and serve.
