Strawberries and Cream
Delightfully sweet strawberry balls and compote topped with milk and cream.

- 500 grams strawberries
- 200 ml milk
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- fresh mint to garnish
Use the melon baller to cut out the strawberries. Set aside the berry balls.
Remove the leaves, then place the leftover bits of berries in a small pot over medium-high heat.
Add a tablespoon of maple syrup or to taste.
Bring the berries to a soft boil until they have broken down into a compote.
Let the compote cool completely.
Divide the sweet compote into two bowls.
Top with the strawberry balls.
Add milk and heavy cream.
Garnish with fresh mint.
Serve.
