Spring Cheddar Bloom Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 200 grams red cheddar
  • 20 green grapes
  • 10 cocktail sticks
  • oval-shaped cookie cutter

Instructions

  • Slice the cheese so it’s about 1 cm. thick (0.5 inches).
  • Trim the flowers either by hand or by using cutters. If you do this by hand, cut a v-shape at the top of a rectangle to resemble a tulip.
  • Halve the grapes lengthwise.
  • Place the halved grapes facing down onto the cocktail stick at a slight slant.
  • Top with the cheese flower.
  • Serve.
