Spring Cheddar Bloom Appetizer

Ingredients

red cheddar

green grapes

cocktail sticks
oval-shaped cookie cutter
Instructions
Slice the cheese so it’s about 1 cm. thick (0.5 inches).
Trim the flowers either by hand or by using
cutters
. If you do this by hand, cut a v-shape at the top of a rectangle to resemble a tulip.
Halve the grapes lengthwise.
Place the halved grapes facing down onto the
cocktail stick
at a slight slant.
Top with the cheese flower.
Serve.
