Snowman Stick Platter
Fun and festive arugula salad topped with mozzarella ball and cherry tomato snowmen.

- 5 grape tomatoes
- 25 bocconcini
- 1 carrot small
- 20 fresh basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 100 grams arugula
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- sea salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Cut the grape tomatoes in half and slice a bocconcini.
Place half a tomato onto a canapé stick and a bocconcini slice to make a hat.
Position one bocconcini onto the canape stick, then a rolled basil leaf (the scarf), and then another bocconcini.
Slice a carrot and cut a small triangle to make the nose.
Use chia seeds for the eyes and buttons.
Repeat to make the other snowmen.
Place the arugula on a platter.
Dress the salad with olive oil, balsamic glaze, sea salt, and pepper.
Arrange the snowmen sticks on the platter.
Top with sea salt and pepper again.
Serve.
