Fill a bowl halfway with cold water. Top the rest with ice cubes.

Melt the dark chocolate.

Pipe scribbles directly on top of the ice bath in a rounded shape to make the monsters. Make sure to pipe a bit closer together around the center.

Top with candy eyes and long rod sprinkles (or flaked almonds) for teeth.

Add a dark chocolate v-shape to the top of the eyes to make the monster look scary.

Remove from the ice bath and allow to dry off on a piece of kitchen roll.
