- 23 cherry tomatoes
- 17 bocconcini mini mozzarella balls
Arrange the bocconcini in two lines at the base of your platter to make the white frame of the hat.
Place the cherry tomatoes above the mozzarella balls in a hat shape with the flatter side facing down so they don’t roll around.
You can place them as I have done (6-5-4-3-3-2) or adjust the shape to fit the size of your platter or the number of tomatoes you have available.
Top with a single bocconcini to make the white bobble.
Serve.
