Arrange the bocconcini in two lines at the bottom of your platter to make the white frame of the hat.
Place the cherry tomatoes above the mozzarella balls in a hat shape with the flatter side facing down so they don’t roll around. You can place them as I have done (6-5-4-3-3-2) or adjust the shape to fit the size of your platter or the number of tomatoes you have available.
Top with a single bocconcini to make the white bobble.
Serve.
