- 11 grape tomatoes
- 11 cherry tomatoes
- 24 bocconcini mozzarella balls
- 20 blueberries
- sea salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Halve the grape tomatoes in the center at a slant.
Rotate one half so the tomato resembles a heart.
Assemble the sticks. First, the bocconcini, then the heart-shaped tomatoes, another bocconcini, and lastly, a cherry tomato.
Place the skewers on a serving tray, platter, or chopping board. You’ll need 7 skewers on the right side and 4 on the bottom left.
Fill the gap above the left skewers with 4 rows of blueberries.
Slice the bocconcini and use the star cutter to make the mozzarella stars.
Arrange the stars on top of the blueberries.
Sprinkle the skewers with sea salt, and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Serve.
