Honey Roasted Potatoes
Crispy roasted potatoes topped with melted butter and honey, and baked until golden.

potatoes

butter

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190℃ (350℉).
Wash and dice
the potatoes into similar-sized chunks.
Soak in cold water for 15 minutes-30 minutes.
Dry the potatoes thoroughly using a paper towel.
Melt the butter.
Top the potatoes with the melted butter and honey.
Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well until all the potatoes are covered with the melted butter mixture.
Arrange the potatoes on a lined baking sheet. Spread them out so they do not overlap.
Bake the potatoes for 40-45 minutes. Check on them every 15 minutes and shuffle them if necessary to prevent burning.
Serve.

For extra crispy potatoes, grill them for a few minutes, but keep a close eye so they don't burn.
