Homemade Cheese Crackers
Easy and tasty 15-minute crackers made in a muffin tin with cheddar cheese, almonds, and spices.

- 1 teaspoon butter
- 200 grams cheddar
- 2 tablespoons almonds slivered
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
Butter a muffin form.
Shred the cheddar of your choice and place it in the muffin forms so the bottom is covered.
Top with slivered almonds, garlic powder and chili flakes.
Bake in a 200°C (400ºF) hot oven for 2-4 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned at the edges.
Allow to cool slightly and then remove (you can use a fork).
Serve with guacamole, salsa, chili mayo or a sour cream dip.
