Homemade Cheese Crackers

Easy and tasty 15-minute crackers made in a muffin tin with cheddar cheese, almonds, and spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 200 grams cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons almonds slivered
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions

  • Butter a muffin form.
  • Shred the cheddar of your choice and place it in the muffin forms so the bottom is covered.
  • Top with slivered almonds, garlic powder and chili flakes.
  • Bake in a 200°C (400ºF) hot oven for 2-4 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned at the edges.
  • Allow to cool slightly and then remove (you can use a fork).
  • Serve with guacamole, salsa, chili mayo or a sour cream dip.
