Holiday Treats
Dark chocolate Christmas trees piped onto skewers topped with mini marshmallow gifts.
Servings: 8 treats
Ingredients
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 24 mini marshmallows
- 1 tablespoon sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate.
- Add the chocolate to a piping utensil or bag.
- Flatten the mini marshmallows slightly and pipe the dark chocolate ribbon detail on top.
- Allow to set.
- Place the canapé sticks onto parchment paper.
- Pipe chocolate droplet shapes on both sides of the stick to shape the tree. You can keep them the same width or make them gradually wider if you prefer.
- Top with the marshmallow gifts and sprinkles, too, if you like.
- Allow to set.
- Serve.
