Ham and Cheese Pinwheels

- 275 grams puff pastry one sheet
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard heaped
- 200 grams cheddar grated
- 125 grams ham
- fresh basil leaves
- 25 grams butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
Turn on your oven to 200°C / 392°F.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet and spread the mustard on top.
Now add the ham and grated cheese.
Roll up the puff pastry and filling tightly, and pinch the ends to seal them.
Slice the roll into pinwheels. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
Melt the butter in a small pot on low heat, and add the minced garlic. Heat through for two minutes until fragrant.
Bake the pinwheels in the hot oven until bubbly and golden (about 13-15 minutes). Remove them from the oven.
Brush the garlic butter on top of the hot roll ups.
Bake them again for two minutes.
Serve.
