Ingredients

  • 275 grams puff pastry one sheet
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard heaped
  • 200 grams cheddar grated
  • 125 grams ham
  • fresh basil leaves
  • 25 grams butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  • Turn on your oven to 200°C / 392°F.
  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet and spread the mustard on top.
  • Now add the ham and grated cheese.
  • Roll up the puff pastry and filling tightly, and pinch the ends to seal them.
  • Slice the roll into pinwheels. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Melt the butter in a small pot on low heat, and add the minced garlic. Heat through for two minutes until fragrant.
  • Bake the pinwheels in the hot oven until bubbly and golden (about 13-15 minutes). Remove them from the oven.
  • Brush the garlic butter on top of the hot roll ups.
  • Bake them again for two minutes.
  • Serve.
