Halloween Fries

- 6 potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- sea salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Preheat your oven to 180℃ (356℉).
Wash and slice the potatoes thinly (use a mandolin or cut by hand).
Shape them into skulls (see the video for guidance).
Cut out the eyes with a metal straw.
Soak the skulls in cold water for 15 minutes.
Dry off the skulls with a paper towel.
Brush them with olive oil on both sides.
Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper and bake on a lined baking sheet for 35-40 minutes until crispy.
To make the dip, mix ketchup and mayo.
