Impressive dark chocolate discs topped with halved green grapes arranged in a rose pattern.

- 100 grams dark chocolate 3.5 oz
- 25 green grapes
- 5 fresh basil leaves or mint
Melt the dark chocolate.
Spoon the chocolate onto parchment paper in 7-8cm discs (3 inch).
Spread it out with a toothpick if the chocolate is thick.
Sort similarly sized grapes, remove the stem, and halve them lengthwise (choose a few smaller grapes for the center).
Dry the grapes on a piece of kitchen towel.
Arrange the larger grape halves on the perimeter of the chocolate disc.
Place three smaller grape halves in the middle.
Top with a basil or mint leaf.
Allow the grape chocolates to set.
Serve.
