Melt the dark chocolate.
Spoon the chocolate onto parchment paper (spread it with a toothpick if the chocolate is thick).
Sort similarly sized grapes and halve them lengthwise. You will need a few smaller grapes for the center.
Dry the grapes on a piece of kitchen towel.
Arrange the larger grape halves on the perimeter of the chocolate disc.
Place three smaller grape halves in the middle.
Top with a basil or mint leaf.
Allow the grape chocolates to set.
Serve.
