Goat Cheese with Honey Appetizer
These crispy crostini topped with honey, cream cheese, and sweet blueberries are easy to prepare and perfect for dinner parties.

- 7 slices baguette
- 40 grams butter 3 tablespoons
- 125 grams cream cheese goat
- 125 grams blueberries 3/4 cup
- fresh basil leaves and stem
- 1 tablespoon honey
Slice the baguette.
Heat the butter on medium-high in a pan until melted and bubbly.
Place the slices of bread in the hot butter.
Once golden on one side, flip over until browned on both sides.
Allow to cool on a piece of kitchen roll.
Top the slices of crostini with honey.
Then add the creamy goats cheese.
Now top with the blueberries to look like a cluster of grapes.
Cut a piece of basil stem to make the grape stalk.
Top with a basil leaf.
Serve.
