Goat Cheese Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 180 grams goat cheese log
  • 3 tablespoons creme fraiche 60 grams
  • sea salt flaky, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons fig jam green
  • 24 raspberries small
  • 2 chives fresh
  • 24 basil leaves fresh

Instructions

  • Slice the baguette.
  • Melt the butter in a large pan on medium-high heat.
  • When the butter is bubbly, add the baguette slices and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Whip the goat cheese and crème fraîche in a mini food processor until smooth and creamy.
  • Add sea salt to taste.
  • Spread fig jam on each piece of crostini.
  • Top with the whipped goat cheese.
  • Place the raspberries, fresh chive stalks, and basil leaves on top.
  • Serve.
