Goat Cheese Crostini
Crispy crostini topped with whipped goat cheese, fig jam, and raspberries.

- 1 baguette
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 180 grams goat cheese log
- 3 tablespoons creme fraiche 60 grams
- sea salt flaky, to taste
- 3 tablespoons fig jam green
- 24 raspberries small
- 2 chives fresh
- 24 basil leaves fresh
Slice the baguette into thin slices.
Melt the butter in a large pan on medium-high heat.
When the butter is bubbly, add the baguette slices and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
Allow to cool.
Whip the goat cheese and crème fraîche in a mini food processor until smooth and creamy.
Add sea salt to taste.
Spread fig jam on each piece of crostini.
Top with the whipped goat cheese mixture.
Place the raspberries, fresh chive stalks, and basil leaves on top.
Serve.
