Start with making the tortilla cutouts using the flower cutter.
Brush the tortilla pieces with olive oil and broil in a hot oven for 2-3 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Halve and peel the avocado.
Lay the flat side down and slice it lengthwise. Ideally, you want slices that are 2 mm (around 1/16th inch).
Flatten the avocado with your palm and fan all the slices in the same direction.
Use the flower cutter to cut out the avocado flowers.
Top the baked tortilla flowers with hummus and the fanned avocado flowers.
Sprinkle with sea salt and chili flakes.
