Easter Bunny Mozzarella Crostini

chili hummus

fresh mozzarella ball

red cheddar slice

sprigs of fresh dill
sprinkle of sea salt

black sesame seeds
medium round cookie cutter
carrot cookie cutter
large round cookie cutter
small petal-shaped cookie cutter
Instructions
Slice the bread and heat a skillet on medium-high heat.
Place the butter in the pan, and when it’s bubbly, add the baguette slices.
Once the slices are browned on one side (should take about 2-3 minutes), turn over and brown on the other side.
Allow to cool.
Slice the mozzarella.
Shape the bunny bodies using the
large round cutters
and the face with the
medium-sized cutter
.
Cut out the ears with the small
petal-shaped cutter
.
Halve the petal shape to make two ears.
Spread chili hummus on top of the crostini.
Arrange the cheese bunnies on the crostini.
Use sesame seeds for the eyes and nose.
Make the carrots with the
carrot cutter
and red cheddar slices.
Add a small sprig of dill for the carrot top.
Place the cheese carrot on top of the bunny.
Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
