Dark Chocolate Kiwi Flowers

- 2 kiwis
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 30 green grapes halved
Peel the kiwis.
Slice the kiwi into 1 cm (0.5 inch) thick pieces.
Dry the kiwi slices off on a paper towel.
Melt the dark chocolate.
Add the chocolate to a piping utensil / bag.
Pipe a thick chocolate circle onto parchment paper. It needs to be wide enough for the slice of kiwi as well as the grape halves around it.
Place a kiwi slice on top on the melted chocolate.
Halve the grapes and place them in the chocolate surrounding the kiwi, cut side up.
Allow to set.
Serve.
